Can't connect PayPal account to PayPal checkout integration

    I have been trying to integrate PayPal checkout to my form but when I connect it just gives blank page and processing sign that’s it. Doesn’t go further.

    Can you please confirm that you have a Business type PayPal account? If so, please try using another browser to sign-in your PayPal account to PayPal checkout integration. If that doesn't work, you can in your mobile device/phone as well and see if that will work.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I did try the other browser. And I am using the Jotform app... when I edit
    the form and payment then I click connect paypal but it goes to white blank
    page and don't let me even use any account. It was really urgent. Is there
    any option one of your experts can fix this?

    Do you mean the PayPal login is not showing in the form?

    I tested your forms using your account, but I was not able to replicate the issue. Please see my screencast below, you can see that the PayPal checkout login is showing on my end.
    I use a laptop and a Chrome browser.

    Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you. You can upload the screencast to google drive or dropbox and share the shareable link with us so we can view it.
