Why am I not getting an emails, or a submission report, when someone completes a form?

    The form had been working perfectly for the past 4 months. Since the jotform site has been 'improved' I am no longer receiving any emails when someone clicks on the form, nor am I getting any submissions reports.

    On the new version JotForm only sends emails when the payment is successfully completed. Before we were sending emails before redirecting users to Paypal. We have done it this way because many people requested this. Now we are reciving requests to get emails before the payment as well. So, we will be re-adding this feature. There will be an email with PENDING in the subject of the email.

    Hello mendycgi,

    Unfortunately, we cannot tell when this feature will be implemented as our developers are occupied with tasks to make Jotform better.  As you can see recently, they have just implemented FIT Forms

    Rest assured that this feature is on the feature request list.  Once this is implemented, we'll let everyone know.
