    FreshBooks integration not working with Custom Amount

    Sorry if this has already been asked..I did search but couldnt find anything.

     

    I would like the feature of creating an email invoice....

     

    Stage 1

     

    I fill out the form, which includes putting in the customers email, and setting the payment amount.

     

    Stage 2

     

    Customer gets an email notification, with a link to make the payment. The customer can not change the amount, or any other information.


    Stage 3

     

    Customer clicks the link and it takes them to worldpay to make payment.

     

    Can tythis be done?

    Hi, I think it is not possible to provide a link for payment (step 3). But you can generate invoice using Freshbooks integration. Please Refer this guide: Create-Invoices-from-Forms-Using-Freshbooks-Integration

    OK so I have signed up to the trial version of freshbooks, and have created this form 31622755958868

     

    But I get this error when I submit

    Form ID did not match. Form ID: Form Name: 31622755958868

    Sorry I was tinkering with it after I submitted the ticket. I have changed it back to the state it was when it creates the error. Can you look into it again?

    It seems that the Feshbooks integration is not working right with the custom amount option due to some bug.

    I have created a bug report ticket and forwarded it to our Developers. We will get back to you once we have any updates.

    You may consider using products with predefined prices for now.

    what steps should I do to fix this???

    We have just released a fix for this bug. Custom payment/donations should now work well with Freshbooks integraiton.

    Please do let us know if you encounter any other problems.
