form not loading well with I.EAsked by flynbob on June 12, 2013 at 09:46 AM
Please if you could take a quick moment...
the form that I've built and incorporated works fine with Firefox, and chrome, but is clogging up with I.E.
Here's the link to access the page with the form... http://agelessintroductions.com/SignUp.html
Scroll to the bottom and confirm the T & C at which point the form is supposed to open... it works quite predictably in firefox and chrome, but in I.E. there's a problem and sadly I don't know enuf about webpages to fix it without a little help...
If ya'll could point me in the right direction I'd be even deeper in your debt... (but hey, I really like the form)
I checked your website and found out that the form which you have embedded is not there in your account. It seems you have deleted this form and it's in your trash folder.
Please restore this form in your account and that should solve your issue.
I restored the form... not sure how I deleted it... anyway it's still
not working in IE...
have a quick look again if you would..
This is probably due to code conflict since form validation isn't working in Chrome and Firefox. I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code, How to get Iframe Embed Code. This should fixed it.
Let us know if this doesn't help. Thanks!
