How can I make multiple submissions of contacts to an API with Open CRM

We have a CRM called OPEN CRM which has an API linking to Jot forms

We can submit a " Contact " set of details and it creates and populates the Contact etc via a Form all to the good.

How can I using forms Submit more than one contact related to a set of forms? this would mean making separate API calls to the same fields / process and obviously cant be done on one Submission.

Can I link forms and have details of a contact " Submitted " on NEXT or can I link forms to the Next section of the Form after a Submission via the Response form e.g. when they submit one set of details they get taken to a " Carry on " page rather than a Thank You for submitting page?

Ok will do. Has become less of an issue but it would be useful to know how to submit two sets of information to the same API .
