I've set up my integration with Mailchimp, but a) I don't get an opt-in email , and b) I don't see any sign ups transferring over to my mailchimp account. What might we be doing wrong?

I can replicate the same after cloning your form so with the new form. Let me forward this thread to our developers for further investigations.

May we know if the problem still persists on your end? If so, what is the name of the form that you are having this problem with?
