The site is running fine, we do not experienced similar as this. You can check JotForm uptime status here: http://jotformstatus.com/
I would suggest to clear your browsers cache and cookies or try the page using different browser to further check. This might also be an issue with the network, if you have any other internet connection, please try it their and see if the problem is solved.
