Part of the survey does not go to google spreadsheetAsked by jerrwang on June 12, 2013 at 02:44 PM
Hello, I have a form that all the sudden stopped relaying all the fields into google spreadsheet. It relays the paypal purchase fields, and all fields outside of form collapse fields. Is there something known about this? Is there a way to relink jotform with the same google spreadsheet? Thank you.
Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience, Please try re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet and see whether it solves your problem or not.
Is there a way to relink jotform with the same google spreadsheet?
Currently jotform not having the feature of integrating with the existing spreadsheet. But Whenever you create a google spreadsheet integration it syncs all your past data in the JotForm Submissions to the newly created google spread sheet. So there is no need for integrating with the existing file.
Hope this solves your problem, feel free to ask if you have any further clarification.
Would I be able to re-intergrate to the same google spreadsheet?
Unfortunately you cannot able to re-integrate to the existing file. But May I know the reason for this? I think there is no need for that.
Because I did not want old data and new incoming data in two separate sheets.
But I just re-integrated and I see that the old data is populated into the newly integrated google spreadsheet! That's great! Thank you.
But I just re-integrated and I see that the old data is populated into the newly integrated google spreadsheet!
This is correct and this is the way the integration works up to this time. When you re-integrate the form to google spreadsheet, ALL existing submissions on the form will be populated also to the google spreadsheet.
We are glad to know that all is good now. Contact uas again anytime for any other inquiry.
