    Hi,

Yes, you can embed a form to your email. However, this method would affect the form's functionality and security so we really don't encourage embedding a form to an email. On this article, it is mentioned that:

Given the sporadic support for forms in emails, we recommend linking to a form on a website rather than embedding it in the email. This is the safest, most reliable solution to pairing an email message with a form. More people will see it and be able to use it, and as a result participation will increase."

If you would still want to embed your form to your email, please follow these steps:

    1. Copy your form's full source code: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    2. After copying the form's full source code go to PUBLISH > QUICK SHARE > SHARE FORM > SHARE ON EMAIL.

    3. Then you can delete the contents of the email template then click on the Source Code icon, on the formatting toolbar then paste the source code of the form.
