I received a payment from the registration form I have on my site. On the jotform website, it shows 0 submissions for the form.

I can see the submissions in the "Incomplete Payment" list. Please check it there and mark the submission as "Complete" if their payment went through so it will be added on your form submissions and you will get it's notification. This sometimes happen when there's a problem on the payment process or in the user's browser.
