Why isn't the widget on my form loading?

    Since our closure from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been using jotform for our takeout ordering system. You have been an excellent help to us in our time of need.

    Today, we experienced issues with the Weekly Appointment Planner widget. The widget would eventually load, but it took a really long time, sometimes never displaying the correct time.

     

    We use this widget to display the pickup times. We need to use this specific widget because it keeps an account of how many reservations are allowed.

     

    We need this fixed as soon as possible.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    It seems like we experienced some issues with the widgets not loading, this was reported and fixed by our back-end team, I've cleared your forms cache too, may you please test your form now and see if the problem persists?
