    Hi, I think the forms has been moved automatically. Are you now able to see your form on your login?

    Feel free to ask for further clarification.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    To make the background transparent, simply inject the following CSS code to your form.

    .form-all{

    background:transparent !important;

    }

    Check this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
