How do I cancel billing and status for premium account

    When I try to cancel billing, I get redirected to a site called Plimus, and am then asked to input a username and password that I do not know. All I wish to do is downgrade my account since we no longer require it for recruitment purposes at this time.

    Hi Reu,

    Your JotForm subscription is paid using credit card which is handled by Plimus.
    You will need to login to Plimus to cancel the billing for your JotForm

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original
    plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email
    address used upon sign up.

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
    If you have problems cancelling it from Plimus we can do it for you.

    Hi Mliz,
    I still can not cancel the Premium subscription using Plimus. Please help me
    to cancel it ASAP. Please make sure that I am not charged with next month
    payment which was due on April 24.

    Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
