your site service is too good. i need send notification mail to my coustom email address. i added my mail address to it "email@example.com".
but notification mails not received for me. please help me to fix it
Please try setting your Sender Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and see if it resolves the issue.

i added 3 notification mails. 2 gmails and one of our main site mail. that gmail accouve has received notification massage. but our main main have not received any mail. :(

now Upload Your Lyrics Design form and Contact Us pages are working, and notification mail received without problams.
but Request Song form not send notification mail to my site mail (email@example.com). please this form sir. thanks
I checked your Request Song Form and it has this email as the recipient: firstname.lastname@example.org
As you notice, it has .info in the domain. However, according to your post it should be .com. email@example.com
I would suggest to probe it further. Thanks!
no sir, i need to .info domain. not a .com. i setup to my .info domain as my email.i see my other firums some time not working, :(. (some time nitification mail not send to me)

By the way, I just tested your form now. I have submitted a test submission to your form and according to the mail logs, the message was successfully delivered to firstname.lastname@example.org. I would suggest to review it again on your side. Check your inbox & spam folder.

Also, if you continue to have this issue with this specific email address, I would suggest to whitelist the domains that are used by one of our email service provider (Amazon SES) to your email provider side. Check this article: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues. See the suggested domains for whitelisting.
