Registrants see a blank screen after they submit the form - HELP

    Hello, My registrants see a blank screen after they submit the registration form.  I placed a note just below the Submit button to suggest they scroll up and they will see a confirmation that they successfully submitted the form but they are skipping this step and thinking the did something wrong or that the form didn't submit.  Is there a way to have the page default to the top once they click the submit form button, rather than taking them to the middle of the page?  Thanks!

    Hi Susan,

    I could not submit the form from here  because it does not have a submit button


    Can you please guide us how to use your form, and we will check further.

    Gotcha.. I didn't have the form enabled.  Try again under the Current Events tab and go to the first excursion.

    I took a look at the form also. I checked your form but I still don't see a Submit Button then I went and looked at the form inside your Account and found out there is no Submit Button on your Form at all. Did you delete it? I would suggest adding one and then try your form to see if you are still able to recreate the Blank Form Page Issue after Submission and if necessary we will gladly test for a blank page upon submission of your form.
