    Not receiving submission emails

    Hi, i have set up the email alerts to go out and tried the test email and it worked perfectly. I have however tried filling out the form with real details but I am not receiving the email notifications about form submission.

     

    Could you please help me with this. Thanks,

    I checked your email notification setup and don't see any issue with that. I checked our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your email address. Here is the email server log for your reference:

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[13/Jun/2013:11:58:16 -0400] 31623302289349 AmazonSES Sent email to bernie@berniecobb.co.uk - MessageID:0000013f3e423eb0-0856ce25-7ccf-466c-9cce-032b11c5797c-000000 - RequestId:0f24dc85-d442-11e2-a33f-f79c0b161be6

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    I am also having the same issue and got the same response. Not very helpful. Something is wrong at JotForm I believe and they are not admitting it.
