I did a change to the Needs Assessment form and I have not received a test of the form via email.

    Hi,

     

    I completed a test form on my website of the Needs Assessment (because I expect an influex soon), and did not  receive a copy of the form in my email. The form is here at JotForm but not sent to sharon@the24hoursecretary.com.

     

    I then came to Jotform to and checked to make sure of the email address (which is correct) and sent me a test from here. I have not received that test here either.

    Please find out why the forms are not being forwarded to my email address.

    Hi Sharon! I checked your e-mail address and found that it is in our bounce list. 

    Result: sharon@the24hoursecretary.com is IN the bounce list Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 MBLX1l01753uAhB01BLXKE IB212 m= sg rejected as spam'
    I have since removed it from the bounce list so please try to make another submission and let us know if you are still not able to receive email. Thanks.
