I keep changing the recipient email and hit next and it still sends to the original email address , can you please supply clear instructions to CHANGE the email recipient on email alert

Hello! If you tried sending Test E-mails, it will only send to the e-mail address associated with your account even if you have already changed the recipient e-mail. Our developers have designed it as such in order to prevent the abuse of test emails for spam.
However, when you try to make a submission on your actual form, it will go to the email specified in the Recipient address.

I have edited the account info to have my email address and yet test emails keep going to an old email address/someone who no longer should receive them. How do i fix this?

The form submissions are being sent to the email address(es) specified on the Email Notification settings. Please follow the next guide to find out more information on how to update the recipient(s):
