Can I have the user select different radio buttons that open different choices?

I am working on a form for students to select their insurance type. Each tpye of insurance has different options associated with it. I want to ask what type of insurance they have, and once it is selected a new question will show up asking the related questions for that specific type of insurance.

This would be a type of conditional logic:

Question 1: Choose one of the options.

Option A, new questions shows up with three new optins.

Options B, different questions then option A

Option C, different questions than A or B

    Is this possible?

That is right :) the "Show" conditions can be used in this case.
