Order confirmations are not being received by all requested recipients. Why?
You go to Email alerts and there are 4 recipients requested, but when I go to any one of them and request a test email, it is sent to the same email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, even though the individual emails are listed correctly in the "Reply To and Recipient Settings".
I NEED HELP! WE HAVE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES AND WE ARE AT THE BEGINNING OF OUR BUSY SEASON!

In this case I will kindly recommend you to test your form going to the Preview button and then click in Open in New Tab.
If you test your form with the test button, it will recognize only the email that is affiliated to the Jotform account and not the others email that you have setup as recipients.

In addition to my main answer I will kindly recommend you to setup the Sender Email field in the Reply-to and Recipients Settings to email@example.com in the notifications of your forms.
