Dear sir / madam,
we don't appear to be receiving completed forms from our website. It could have been 48 hours or more that this problem has been going on. I have tested it twice and neither completed forms have been forwarded to out email inbox. I can see the completed form in the Jotform inbox on our jotform account. Also i have sent a test notification from the form's editing mode and this seemed to come through fine.

firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce list Try to send an actual submission of your own form by going to preview, fill it up and then hit submit.
Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way
-SENDER EMAIL : email@example.com

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
