    By mistake have clicked on update plan,please cancel bill
    my existing plan is working
    sorry for inconvenience and refund my money back
    also how you can debit balance from my account with taking password details from me

    Hello, It looks like you were originally on the Monthly Premium Plan then you accidently Upgraded to Economy if I am understanding your issue correctlly. I have gone ahead and refunded you the money for the Economy Plan and Reverted you back to your Original Premium Plan. Please allow up to at least a week and a few days before you see your money credited back to your bank account.

    And to answer your other question the upgrade happened since your payment information was already there for the premium plan you were on.
