I'm no longer receiving notifications on my Approval workflow

     I have set up a form and was getting emails after a submission was entered with the ability to approve the form but now I'm only getting notifications in the mobile app and no emails.

    Hi,

    I checked the email logs and I can see that we are sending the emails successfully on your email account.

    Could you please check the spam folder? If you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.

    I checked and it isn't in my spam folder.

    I can see that emails are sent to your email address. It could be possible that your ISP or IT dept. may be blocking emails from JotForm. If that is the case, please white list JotForm IP and domains: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Hi there,

    You are right. You shouldn't have received even the test notifications if the issue is with the mail server.

    I went ahead and further check your form and found that the culprit lies on your CONDITIONS. 

    Please refer to my screencast below. Notice that you have "EMAIL NOT FOUND" on your CONDITIONS while you don't have the same on your of Notifications/Autoresponder. Perhaps it was previously deleted/renamed?

    Deleting these conditions and adding a new one should solve the issue. You can also clone my form where I did my test if you wish.

    So I deleted those conditions and then added them again and it seemed to work. Thank you for your assistance.
