Is there a way that you can input a different name in a row or column using the Input Table?

Is there a way that you can input a different name in a row or column? The problem I'm running into is the name needs to be able to change on the first row or column and the numbers will need to be calculated.

To my understanding you want to insert a text into rows and columns of Input Table instead of just numbers. If so, kindly note that you can do that using the calculation widget  which allows not only doing numerical calculations, but also adding/injecting/manipulating text. Please refer to this guide on how you can do it.
