A few people are having problems downloading our form and then using it. The most common thing that happens seems to be that it starts loading and then freezes about halfway through and never recovers. Since many people have downloaded the form and completed it successfully, I'm guessing it may be the internet speed on the user end. How can I assure that everyone can access this important document?

Hello, So to my understanding the form is not downloadable to some of your formusers. When I checked your it seems to be set up correctly. When I tested it, the form filled in and then submitted okay.
Are they downloading a copy of the form itself then or did you have a link to send them a copy of this? Though I don't see any attached downloads at the moment? Please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Sorry, there are not downloading anything. They are receiving a link to the form (imbedded on our website) through an email. The most recent frustrated user said that when he clicked on the link, he got a bunch of gibberish, lines disappeared, and then it froze. Could it be something with internet connection speed and/or browser used?

This might be relate to the internet connection, problems with user's computer, wrong link or something else.
I have checked your web page from different browsers and locations, but I was not able to reproduce any issues.
Please make sure that you have correct link to the page in your email. Also, you may suggest your users clearing their browser cache, and/or using direct form URL (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31494506374962).
