Hello, we're not getting emails for all of our jotforms.Asked by Kristen on June 14, 2013 at 04:09 PM
Our marketing team uses jotform for scheduling at events. We are having issues with not all of our emails coming through. We have spent a great deal of time trying to scrub our exchange server and our spam server to see why these emails are not coming through. We are not seeing many even hit our spam server.
Is there a way someone could send me any failures that your server receives from us, or any information that may point us in the right direction for fixing this?

Using Thunderbird, same issue. Started happening a day or two ago, since that patch/update thing for false payments came out.

Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way
-SENDER EMAIL : email@example.com

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.

Changing the sender e-mail worked for us, but shouldn't you not even make that an option? Default should always be firstname.lastname@example.org and we should just have the ability to edit Reply-To.
I apologize, I am the IT manager for Airrosti. I used my email address so that I could see the replies to the forum. We use your services for multiple types of forms which go to several mailboxes on our server. I am no longer at the office, but I cross referenced our exchange server logs with our jot forms. For one distro list we had 5 entries on 6-11-13, but only 3 of those made it to the server.
We examined the server- they are not in junk mail, they are never hitting our server.
We have an error logs for the email address email@example.com, please check it here: http://pastebin.com/M06JXyv7. So far, we can't see any errors for the rest of the emails. Note that this kind of error is mostly cause by some mail exchange provider so please kindly check and exclude or Whitelist Jotform emails.
You can setup Form Notifications as firstname.lastname@example.org as Sender Email then the "Email" field as the Reply-To Email. Example:
