Email setting

    There seems to be an issue with email settings.


    Can you check there is no ban or filters for, this is the second account i've tried this on and it's not sending to the email address, i change the email address in my account page and it sends to my personal account just fine.


    I had an extensive chat with my email provider ( open xchange) today and they seem to think the problem is this side. They checked error logs and nothing from jotform (noreply) or the other domains you stated to whitelist appear in the logs.


    I've whitelisted all the domains and ip's you've stated to still no avail.


    please help?!

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
