When I tested my form with collecting Paypal payments, I get the following message: "This feature is only available to Business and Premier Accounts." Is there a way I can accept Paypal payments from all accounts and not just Business and Premier accounts?

I have checked your form and the mode of payment that you have set is the purchase order and not paypal, though I am not able to replicate the error"This feature is only available to Business and Premier Accounts." on my side.
Only one payment tool can be added to a form. However, a workaround would be to create separate forms for each payment tool, then embed those forms to your main form using the Free Text (HTML) tool. The payment forms will then be displayed conditionally, depending on the payment option selected by the customer.
The downside to this is that there'll be no way to pass any field information from the main form to the optional payment forms. Also, since the payment forms are separate, the submissions are separated on their own databases too.
