Image in my autoresponder not showing in received emails

Asked by dejamour on June 15, 2013 at 12:39 PM

I have an image in my sig in my autoresponder/welcome email that is not coming through in received emails. It shows in the edit window in JotForm, but does not make it into either the test emails (in fr_inscription.html) nor the actual email upon submittal of the form.

It is in all my forms below:

    Paroles de Lumière - Inscription

    URL: http://unity-energy.com/fr_news_inscription.html

    Kit Unity Energy -Commande

    URL: http://unity-energy.com/fr_commande.html

Voyage de Conscience - Inscription (x2)

    URL: http://unity-energy.com/fr_inscription.html

    Can you help?

I have just made a test for the Autoresponders and I can't seem to replicate on the said problem.

Can you please check if the email, you are receiving the Autoresponders at accepts or allows image viewing on mail?

    Thank you.

Yes, of course my mail receives photos and images all day long! When I send a test from the FIRST TWO autoresponders, I get the sig image, but NOT in Voyage de Conscience - Inscription. And NONE of them send the image in an actual form submission.

You have all the auto responders correctly setup to the form. Have you tried using a different email address such as Gmail? Please try that and see if you can replicate the same.

Most of the email provider nowadays hides the images by default, you have to click "Load images" or "View images" in order to view them in the email message such as this example:
