    Submit Button Disappears after FaceBook Integration

    I created a form with Facebook and MailChimp integration for people to sign up for a mailing list. When I preview the form it works great and I was automatically added to my mailchimp. But when I embed it onto my website all I can see is the title of the form.

    New problem!!! By changing the format on the form the whole thing shows now, don't know why it worked but putting the field names on the left instead of the top worked.

    NOW I have no submit button. The bottom of my facebook integration is cut off but according to my preview the submit should be over that anyway... So confused!

    Is it because I've already submitted the form as myself? Did I lose the option since I'm already in there?

    Hi, Yes I am able to replicate the same. I think there is some problem with facebook integration. If I remove the Facebook Integration then the Submit Button is visible. 

    I will escalate this report to our second level team. You will get update via this thread once we have the solution.

    Thanks! I changed it to a popup to see if that would fix it, but now I'm getting the bad URL message again, I'll have to go back through my settings and see if I messed something up?

    Hi,

    The form works very well on my end. Probably, the Facebook Login button do not support using the popup forms.

    Please try re-embedding your form using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes, this should help.

    Hi,

    Please review first this guide on Adding-a-Form-to-Weebly (because you seems to be using Weebly)

    As instructed in the guide (and also mentioned by Welvin), you have to use the iframe code embed of the form.

    Also, in your Facebook App manage settings, you have to specify the form URL you want to apply the facebook login link (your form URL http://www.jotform.co/form/31655295785871)

     

     

    It works on my test form http://www.jotform.me/form/31658892032458

     

    Please check and try again. Inform us if the issues persist.

    This is what I'm copying into Weebly (I deleted the first and last carrots so the form wouldn't copy into this form, hopefully that's what really happens.

    http://www.corevi.org/home.html And on this website the form shows up, but I cannot log into facebook because I get the URL error. I know that I'm importing my form into weebly properly, it's just the login that isn't working, and my submit and clear forms aren't showing up.

    I appreciate all the help, I know it will be resolved.

    I just checked and even before I embed the form into weebly the submit and clear buttons are not there and I can't login to Facebook. Not sure if that helps or confuses, but I think it shows that the problem is not witih my embedding.

    Ok, now I am on the thread that is going to fix the problem that there is NO SUBMIT OR CLEAR BUTTON. The computer I am on is currently logged into Facebook so at the bottom of my form I am seeing my name and profile pic, but there are no buttons so even after I have checked my boxes, it just sits there. The form is located at http://www.corevi.org/home.html

    I appreciate all the help I'm getting, not sure why the problems are rotating.

    This seems to be related on the other thread. Anyway, here's my response from there.

    @COREVI

    The bad URL usually shows up when your form domain doesn't match with your app domain and your site URL. This should also fixed the button issue.

    Example:

    Your form URL is http://form.jotform.co/form/31655295785871, note the highlighted part is the form domain jotform.co

    Therefore on your Facebook App Domain settings, you only need to enter jotform.co that will automatically enable all the sub domains in it *.jotform.co.

    Also, you must provide the Site URL with the same domain, else you would be prompted an error. Example:

    I think this worked! The submit and clear buttons are back! There's no login to facebook button, but when I sent the form my facebook information was on there. Now I just need somebody who isnt logged in to do the form for me... Thank you so much for your help, you guys are awesome!

    (I didn't have the app domain entered correctly, and I added for form.jotform back into the url address) FYI
