On our form we want to show a price of 4,000 JPY not 4,000.00 JPY as we think this will be confusing to people used to dealing with Japanese yen without a decimal point.
It would be great if someone could help with this.

Unfortunatelly, this not doable yet. You cannot customize the currency formats of the payment fields in the form.
Let me elevate your inquiry to our next level support. Perhaps they can offer as an immediate option/suggestion or they might add this in feature request list.
For now, all I can do is suggest to use it as is, -- and just add some text or annotations in your form that explains this limitation in the display format of the currency in your Japanese form.
Example, use the Free Text(HTML) field to add a read-only notification/texts that says.. "Please disregard the decimals in the currency formatting. It is due to the English currency format of the form.."
Hope this help. Inform us if you have further inquiry.

We are terribly sorry for the long wait. Somehow, this ticket got buried under the tons of other feature request tickets that we have.
Anyway, we are happy to inform you that this has been fixed. Currencies with no decimals no longer have decimal values.
As a bonus, we have also added Yen symbol (¥) for Japanese currency payment fields.
Please do check it out and let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
