    Thanks for your question!

    I've already faced this issue earlier. So, from my analysis, reason behind that issue could be a privacy settings.

    To check that, please go to the PUBLISH tab and click that Settings button:

    And there, please make sure that ACCESS SETTINGS is set to the Public Form:
