    The payment that active recently was not authorized! ... I should do for the return of the money, I'm willing to spend my time using this service, but the annual payment is no longer authorized. Please answer as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Can you please clarify what you need.

    I checked your subscription account, and noted that your subscription was already scheduled for downgrade on 2014-06-14 due to reason: CANCEL.

    Did you not cancel the subscription?
