I have a matrix on my form with many columns and rows. I need to alternate the colors of the rows to make the form easier to fill out. Anybody know how I can do this?

It is possible to change the background color of all of the rows, but it is not possible to change it just to one specific. And to do it you will need to Inject CSS Code.
