I have moved the form "EPOS" from your account to "teekaynl".
Please check if you are able to see this form in "teekaynl" account.

Moving a form will not affect the submissions limit, as that information is aggregated to the form, and the submissions limit are related to the account.
As a workaround you can create a new account and clone the form.
The best way would be to upgrade your account and that would increase your submission limit.You can check here more details about our plans.
