Fields not properly aligned in IE 7...works fine in IE 8, Firefox 3.6, and Chrome 5.0

There is my form. As I said, it looks and works fine in the top 3 current browsers, but it doesn't display properly for about 30-40% of the visitors that will see this page. I think the form will still work, but it looks bad (fields not aligned and in wrong position) and will print even worse. What do I need to do to have it appear as it does in the newer browsers? Thanks.

This is a very rare internet explorer bug and there are no appropriate fixes that we can use in the form source. However, I've added some hidden form collapse tools into your form and made IE to display these fields properly. Your form works fine now.

This is the only way to overcome this problem until we find a solution.
