How to translate the form?

I want to translate forms. 

I need to know how to have the card instructions in english or french, they are in german. IT is really urgent.

To translate the form, you first need to go to form Settings and select Show more options button. Then you need to set a default language. After that, you can add more languages:

After that, you can select Add Form Language and translate the form:
