Continuing email issues

    I apologize for a second post.  Your forum will not allow me to post a reply in my other post.


    Is there anyone I can speak to in regards to this matter over the phone or email?  Our exchange host is willing to work through these issues, but have little data to go on.  We have white listed all the domains as well as the IP addresses that are listed on your help site.


    This issues have been ongoing since we started using JotForm and I want to find a resolution as soon as possible.

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
