I have the following issue:
There are 3 products on my paypal payment form out of which product 1 is mandatory and products 2 and 3 are addons. This means that the buyer HAS to purchase product 1, but may purchase one, both or none of the addon products. The $ total should also reflect this.
How can I do this? Right now I can either
(1) select one item of the three or
(2) select any or none

Thank you for posting your inquiry about the Paypal payment tool. While you cannot make a certain product required in the payment form, a workaround that I would suggest is to reconfigure your product list so that the mandatory item is always included in the options.
For example, the mandatory product costs $50, the add-on #1 = $10, and add-on #2 = $15.
Your product list should become something like this:
O - mandatory product only ($50)
O - mandatory product + add-on 1 ($60)
O - mandatory product + add-on 2 ($65)
O - mandatory product + add-on 1 + add-on 2 ($75)
Note that the price of each item was adjusted to reflect the content/s of each item. Please choose "Sell Products > Users can choose only one product" in the Payment Tool Wizard.
We hope you find this alternative solution workable for you. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm!
