Receiving email submissions after changing the email address

    Hello. We've been receiving our submissions to an email address that does not appear to be listed anywhere in the account settings. How do we disconnect this and have them come to the address on the account?

    Hello, I can see that your Email Notification for your form is currently set up to send to Did you happen to click on the " Test Email " button to check it? If so, that is why since by default the Test Email button only sends a Test Email to the Account Email Address so if the actual email address inside your notification is different then you wouldn't receive anything because of  that.

    Now if that's not the case then the best thing to do at this point is to delete your Email Notification and then make a new one then reapply the email address that you want to send it to. But if you are still having further problems do let us know about it so we can help you out more.
