Excellent, but we can't send an alert for an incomplete (abandoned form) submission.

Our developers have recently added an option to view partially filled entries (Drafts) through the form Inbox:

The Drafts for saved entries will appear if you use the Continue Forms Later option in the form. So you may consider using it in your form(s).

Is there a way that Jotform can alert the form owner that a form has been
started then when abandoned (maybe no activity after one hour) sent an
email to the form recipient

Unfortunately, we don't have such email alert as it would cause flooding to our email servers taking into account that a lot may open a form and simply disregard it specially if a form is quite long.
