I have send multiple test submissions, not using the test button but actually submitting the form through my website, and I have never received a notification or anything. Luckily I have been aware of this issue and have been checking the jotform website regularly to check for new submissions. This is time consuming and I would rather my form work correctly. I would appreciate any insight you could provide as to why these submissions are not being relayed to the proper address.

Thanks for your time and support. Also I have used jotform on many different projects and it is one of my favorite web services ever. Keep up the awesome work!

Hello! Thank you for contacting us.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. I checked our bounce list if  the Email ad you specified in the Recipient settings is there but it isn't so that is not what is causint you not to receive emails.

We suggest that you change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com

When you do that, you will see that a Reply-to Email will appear where you can set it to the Email field in your form.
