I'm Marta and I'm using JotForm to develop a website which is meant to reserve kind of a taxi service.
I tried to add a "Captcha" functionality to my form but I notice that it was not working on iPhone: basically the Captcha frame is not loading letters/numbers so you can not guess them of course. At the end, unfortunately, I was forced to remove the Captcha from my form, but now I am afraid that the form is not so secure anymore.
Hope this feedback can help you to fix it.
Thank you very much indeed and many congratulations for your great service.

Hi Marta, I made a clone of your form here http://form.jotform.us/form/31677146932157 and reapplied a Captcha Field to it then I checked it on my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3) and I could see the captcha Field without any issues.
May I ask what iPhone and iOS Version you are using? Are you seeing this on Mobile Safari or are you viewing it on a different Third Party Mobile Browser? Also are you using the direct link or did you have the form embedded into your website where it is accessable? Can you please share the link so that we can investigate this?
Something you can try doing is to see if it helps is to embed your form with the captcha on it into your website via an iFrame.
