DropBox and Google receive the message as PDF files. Is there any way to receive a response file as formatted via the Notifications email dialog?
I'd like to receive a file that is easier to parse using VB.Net.
The file upload is working fine!

Hi, You can add/remove the questions in your pdf file according to your need.
Please Follow these steps.
Open your Submission page and click settings (gear) icon in the right side as shown below.
There you can select and deselect your fields according to your need.
This will get reflect in your pdf files also (after changing this, new pdf files will have this format).
(This is a sample Form of me)
Unfortunately you can not able to format this file, except adding and removing the fields.
Let us know if this helps you.

It doesn't really help - nice to kow however.
My issue is I need to process the submission using VB.Net. PDF's are hard to deal with.
I suggest you add an option to use a code friendly format like XML or CSV.
Great tool! Keep up the good work!

You can export your submission data to excel and csv. VB.Net can easily parse the csv / excel data.
Please refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
There is no option where you can get the excel / csv file in notification email.

Thanks - but the reason I am looking at parsing the submission file delivered to DropBox is for speed and ease of use, rather than dealing with volume. Your Excel and CSV features would be very handy if I was dealing with volume. I'd like to present my desktop users with a local client that just checks DropBox for submissions and not have them have to deal with logging into JetForm.

Using server side code is way, way out of the realm of possibilities for me. I just want to be able to easily get to a file from my Windows PC. DropBox integration is 99% the way there. All I need is a non-propritary format for the submission file.

What about our HTML Table Listing Report Feature? Since it is a HTML File - plain text file. You can easily download the page and render it according to your need.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to ask if you have any further clarification.

The HTML/CSV report is a pretty good alternative - thanks!
