I find your auto respond instructions completely incomprehensible.

I find your auto respond instructions completely incomprehensible. (And I designed the website I'm trying to place the form on, so I am somewhat computer literate.)

I already have a booking form with a date picker, multiple choice questions etc. all I require is that when this form is submitted, it immediately lets the sender know the form was received.

    Please advise.

In order to achieve this, you should just create an autoresponder on your form. I would suggest you to check and follow this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Please try to follow the instructions step by step.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

IMO your instructions are extremely poor.

    - I have a form.
    - I want to add an autoreply.

Show me where that is detailed. All I see is lots of info about customizing emails.

Please do NOT simply re-direct me back to the poor instructions. I will repeat:

I have a form. I want the person who submits it to get an autoreply.

(FYI- If the instructions were clearly presented you would not have so many users asking you how to do it.)

To add an autoresponder email in your form, go to Settings>Emails click on the + sign and select autoresponder email.

Regrettably, repeatedly directing me to the same link really isn't helpful as it doesn't show how to link the existing form to the auto response.

Not to worry. I went with another form provider that was recommended to me and it worked perfectly!

The screencast shared by my colleague is already the steps you need to take to add an autoresponse.

Were you able to see it? If not, let me post it again.

As mentioned. I used another provider. No further "assistance" is required. Thx.
