    Thank you for contacting us. We do not have phone support(except for Enterprise users). Could you please provide more details of the issue that you are experiencing? Is it with the JotForm mobile app?

    Hello! 

    I can’t put the forms in order of delivery and pick up date on the app. It only allows me to do that on the computer. Is there a way to remedy this.

    I'm unable to locate any forms with your gmail account. Please share to us the form url in question so we can further check?
