I've enjoyed using jotform and am struggling with finding an email referral form that I can drop into a page that wil support multiple email addresses. I looked through example forms but did not see this. Is this possible with jotform?? Thank you!

Thanks for your inquiry. Do you have a sample form from another website that you can point us to?
If you mean you want a form that will collect email addresses from your visitors and receive them through your submissions page and one or more email accounts, this is possible with JotForm. Please refer to the links below to help you get started:
Forward form submissions to an email address -
Forward form submissions to 2 or more email addresses -
Hope you find these information useful. If this is different from what you need, please let us know so that we can assist you further. Thank you for using JotForm!

No, I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I mean, a form with some canned text that promotes a link - basically a "refer-a-friend" type of email template. Part of the form though would be the ability to forward to more than 1 friend at a time - either with multiple boxes or with 1 box with commas or semicolons.

I apologize but this is currently not possible with Jotform. I figured there might be a way to have an email sent to multiple email addresses (via an autoresponder), but the downside is that the sender name and email are constant and cannot be changed in any way by the form.
I hope this post answers your question. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
