Why does the report builder show only first two questions?

I have over 60 questions on Jotform and report builder is showing only the first two questions. I asked this questions before but the response  I got was unhelpful.  I consider my self very savvy with computers and technology and I still cannot figure out how to create a report of ALL my questions with a few clicks! ..and yes I know not all questions can be analyzed so please do not give me a standard answer like the last CS.  With Qualtrics I could do that in seconds!

Hi, I assume that you are referring to the Visual Report. It adds by default only two charts. You will need to add the rest manually, please see this example:

1) Click on Chart.

2) Click on the gear icon of the new chart.

3) Select the new question from the Chart Data dropdown.

4) Pull the page down from the lower right corner to add more space and position the new chart.

Just to let you know, we have a new submissions page, which we can enable for your account if you want to. You will be able to create visual reports in this new page, and it will add all the charts for all the questions automatically, example:

Let us know if you want us to switch your account to new submissions page which is called "Sheets".

Thank you. So I have been creating the visuals and I noticed that some "yes and no questions" and multiple choice questions ( A1c and A2 specifically ) do not appear on my drop down list.

Also When creating the visuals it comes with html code in some cases which I need to clean up.

When creating the Visual report, I noticed that question A1c and A2  do not appear on the list.

I did check this form#200485635904154 and you have not added any visual report yet. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please add visual report in form and we will take a look.

1. I added a visual report. If you try to look for question A1c and A2 on Visual report drop down list it does not exist! Yet these are Multiple choice not text  questions !!

2. When I download a PDF version of the form, Question A1c and question A2 ( VISIBLE ONLINE) do not show up on the drop down list when creating the visual report.
