BUG: Constant Contact is not receiving New Email Addresses

    I noticed that for a few days now that the email from my submitted forms are not forwarding to Constant Contact. I'm not sure if this is a problem from the JotForm side or the Constant Contact side. Could you look into this for me. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Upon checking it appears that the integration was not setup correctly. I suggest you to remove the current integration first then recreate a new one and follow the setup process on the integration wizard.

    Hello and Thanks for your recent help. I had resubmitted the information to connect with Constant Contact. It worked well for a couple of days but now again it isn’t working. I hope you can solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Kenneth,

    I have just tested Constant Contact, and so far, it works for me. See screenshot:

    This is my form: http://form.jotform.co/form/31738824947871?, try to submit for us to double check.

    Please try to re-integrate the form again, that should help resolved the problem with the current integration. It's like refreshing the overall integration.

    Also, clear your forms cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache

    Hello again,

    I re-integrated the form again as you suggested and cleared the cache but the contact information is still not functioning. It used function perfectly. I don’t know why the change. Sorry for the bother.

    I revised your integration, I can see your form is sending the contacts to New Web List

    Con you please confirm this to us?

    I'll make some test in order to see if this is a bug in our side

    Hi Kenneth, I've checked the Contant Contact Integration and I think that it's broken since I've sent a few Test Submissions via a Test Form but it is not submitting and appearing inside the my CC List. We do apologize about this and we will have our Developers look into fixing the issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Alp,

    I filled out a jotform and submitted it but after a half hour it still didn’t go to Constant Contact. I’ll take a look at it again tomorrow to see if there are any new submissions. Thanks for your help.
