    Hi,

    How about like this?

    If you like, simply inject this CSS codes to your form. Guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form

    #id_1, #id_2, #id_3, #id_5, #id_7{

    padding: 4px 0 !important;

    }

    #input_5{

    width: 581px;

    min-width: 581px;

    max-width: 581px;

    }

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    How about adding 2px on both left and right? You can change that from the code. Example:

    #id_1, #id_2, #id_3, #id_5, #id_7 {

    padding: 8px 2px !important;

    }

    This might help. Thanks!

    Ok, please replace everything to this.

    #id_1, #id_2, #id_3, #id_5, #id_6, #id_7{

    padding: 8px 2px !important;

    }

    .form-textbox {

    width: 188px !important;

    }

    #input_5{

    width: 590px !important;

    min-width: 590px !important;

    max-width: 590px !important;

    }

    This should aligned on all browsers. I have also added the text under it. It should aligned to the fields as well.

    Thanks!
